About Us

About Us

Neuroinclusive Supports provides clinical supervision for Positive Behaviour Support practitioners in a reflective, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming space.

Based in Sydney and supporting practitioners across Australia via telehealth, we work with PBS clinicians who are provisionally endorsed, newly endorsed, or developing their practice at the core or proficient level.

We are committed to:

  • Person-centred, ethical practice
  • Neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approaches
  • Supporting practitioners to develop strong, values-led clinical skills

Supervision is grounded in the principles of contemporary Positive Behaviour Support and informed by both frontline and leadership experience, as well as lived experience of neurodivergence.

At Neuroinclusive Supports, we believe that supervision should be a safe space for growth, critical reflection, and skill development, not just a tick-box requirement.

Our goal is to help you feel confident in your clinical decisions, deepen your formulations, and create behaviour support plans that are respectful, effective, and truly person-centred.

Our Values

Person-Centred

We believe every practitioner and the people they support deserve respect, dignity, and to be heard. Our supervision honours your unique journey and supports your growth in ways that matter to you.

Neurodiversity-Affirming

We embrace neurodivergence as a natural part of human diversity. Our approach challenges deficit-based models and centres strengths, autonomy, and authentic self-expression.

Ethical Practice

Integrity guides everything we do. We uphold high standards of ethical decision-making, transparency, and accountability in all clinical supervision sessions.

Collaborative Reflection

Supervision is a partnership. We create a safe, non-judgmental space for honest reflection, learning, and shared problem-solving.

Trauma-Informed

Understanding the impact of trauma shapes our work. We support you to develop compassionate, trauma-informed strategies that prioritise safety and wellbeing.

Clinical Supervision Services

Neuroinclusive Supports offers clinical supervision in a reflective, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming space for Behaviour Support Practitioners who are provisionally endorsed, newly endorsed, or developing their practice at the core or proficient level.

Our approach is guided by contemporary Positive Behaviour Support principles, trauma-informed practice, and a strong commitment to upholding the rights, autonomy, and quality of life of the people we support.

With experience across both frontline and clinical leadership roles, sessions support ethical decision-making, robust functional formulations, and the development of clear, respectful, and strengths-based goals focused on enhancing quality of life.
