Neuroinclusive Supports offers clinical supervision for Behaviour Support Practitioners seeking a reflective, collaborative and neurodiversity affirming space to develop their practice.
Supervision is grounded in contemporary Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed practice, and a strong commitment to upholding the rights, autonomy and quality of life of the people we support. With practical experience across front line and clinical leadership roles, Neuroinclusive Supports brings a values-led approach that focuses on ethical decision making, robust functional formulations, and behaviour support plans that are clear, respectful and strengths based.
Supervision can support practitioners to:
- Navigate complex clinical and ethical scenarios
- Strengthen formulation and report writing skills
- Build confidence in identifying, fading out and eliminating restrictive practices
- Reflect on values, bias, and practice decisions in a supportive environment
- Work toward core or proficient level endorsement under the PBS Capability Framework
Sessions are $140 + GST, available casually or as part of an ongoing supervision arrangement.
